Prescription Orders

Most orders with prescription lenses usually take 2-3 days to dispatch.

More complicated prescription orders can take up to 10 days for dispatch.

The manufacturing time for prescription eyewear depends on a number of factors including your prescription and the lens type.

Duties and Taxes

All orders are dispatched from the UK.

All prices on our website are inclusive of all duties and taxes.

FREE & EASY RETURNS  

We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, within this 30 day period.

You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

• Prescription lenses
• Outbound shipping costs (we pay for the inbound return shipping label, but will not refund any original outbound shipping charges)
