We obviously share your address with the delivery service provider and may share your telephone number with them to aid delivery efficiency. The Customer can request at any time to know what information we hold and may ask for it to be removed from our records if they wish.

OCO ensures that all our employees comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times, in respect of all data received from the customer and only uses this data as necessary to fulfil the obligations of this contract. All data is held securely as computer records, is password protected at all times and can only be accessed by the small number of authorised personnel who need to access it out of necessity. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All transactions are dealt with by PayPal or Sagepay.
